Please note, as stated on the product pages, and on the order confirmation email, due to shipping regulations we are unable to ship our lighters with fuel in the tank, so they will have to be filled upon arrival. The Crimson Torch can be filled with butane, and we've sent you instructions on filling your lighter over email. If you're having any troubles, please let us know!

If your Crimson Torch is having troubles igniting, this is usually due to the butane being diluted, the lighter not being filled properly, or the flame being adjusted too low.
