I used it on 1 cigar and tried on a 2nd and there was no spark to light the flame however I was very impressed that customer service reached out to me to assist on helping resolve the issue which was successfull and lighter works great.Thank you

The fuel tank was filled with air, very pesky to purge. It screwed around with putting the butane inside and also affected the ignition. The intake screw was very sensitive. Very hard to get going, however once I finally got it working it worked very well. Just extremely hard to set up and get right

Love this torch. Has a nice windproof flame and the cigar cutter is surprisingly great. Don't really use the other features much but the built in cutter makes it worth it for me.
