I really liked it, I bought it for my boyfriend and it's very usefull. Although sometimes the flame doesn't turn on the fire in the dragon but its still works the majority of time.

Customer service was good but the lighter does not work, even after replacement received. The fuel comes out at too high rate and does not allow the spark to ignite. We adjusted fuel rates and it did not help.

This lighter is gorgeous! It was a gift for a friend so unfortunately I was unable to get pictures, but once he received it, he couldn’t stop using it and messing with it. Just like me, he thought it was super cool. I consider it the perfect pocket size as well. I highly recommend!

I wish there were instructions included on how to fill it with butane. We found them online but it would have saved some hassle if there was a quick sheet.

When inverted, the flame doesn’t burn as cleanly and a small amount of carbon (soot) can deposit around the opening. This is normal behavior for all butane lighters. You can easily wipe off the soot once the lighter is cool, and we strongly advise keeping the lighter upright when ignited. It’s fricken dope. Only two issues I have is it took a long time to ship (granted it was holiday season so that may have been the reason) and you need to constantly adjust the flame size as you use the lighter to keep it at the same flame intensity. But honestly, it’s so cool looking that I still appreciate it a ton.

Looks nice but pretty cheaply made and it leaks butane so it can only be lit for about 10 seconds. Who knows maybe i got a bad one but after taking it apart im kinda disappointed in byild quality. Ill try fixing it because i lost my zippo and i like the idea of the lighter.

I ordered 2 lighters. When I filled them with butane, the Dragon lighter didn't work. I emailed them, confirmed it was a faulty lighter and they sent me a new one immediately. Both lighters work PERFECT! I will definitely recommend them to anyone in the market!

I figured it would come with gas but then realized they can't ship it with that, it's beautiful and the sound it makes is prestine.

The lighter looks pretty dang awesome and worked well for the first few days, however it doesn't seem to be lighting up anymore. The butane looks like it's going through the dragon head fine, I have tried purging the lighter, refilling it, and adjusting the flame size but the lighter only sparks for a split second then immediately goes out. Most of the time it doesn't even do that. So I'm a little disappointed to see that this product hasn't lasted me too long. If there are any steps I can take to potentially fix this lighter that would be greatly appreciated, but for now I'm going to have to give this product a 2 star rating.

Hi Jannick, thanks for bringing this to our attention, and we're sorry to hear your Fire Breather has been having some issues. If the flame size constantly needs to be adjusted, it sounds like the fuel tank needs to be purged. Sometimes air can build up inside of the fuel chamber. This will cause the butane in the lighter to be diluted, resulting in a weak or inconsistent flame. With the end of a small screwdriver, press into the butane valve on the bottom of the lighter until the gas starts to release. Hold the valve down until it stops releasing butane, and repeat this process every 5-10 seconds until there is absolutely no excess gas left in the tank. We recommend doing this outside or in a well ventilated area. Once the fuel tank has been completely purged, refill the lighter, and wait 2-3 minutes for the butane to warm up before igniting. If the lighter is still having troubles igniting after being purged, please reach out to us and we'll be more than happy to help further!
The Button ist Made Out of plastic. So ist feels cheap. The Button should BE Out of Metal Like the Rest of the ligther.

Please ensure the lighter has been purged to let out any excess air that may be in the fuel tank, and sufficiently filled with butane. Another trick to make the fuel last longer is to decrease the flame size. The larger the flame size, the more quickly fuel will be consumed. I love this lighter! I was pleasantly surprised by the small size and light weight, and the flame adjuster is nice too. Just not good for purging cause it’ll scratch up the bottom.
Although the tank is small I prefer the portability of it, and I like that there’s no flint. Best $20 bucks I ever spent lol
