It sound like gas is leaking every time I use it which my other lighters don’t do so it kinda worries me but overall it’s very easy to use and looks great.

It's normal to hear the butane being released from the lighter while it's in use, but if the butane is still being released after the ignition is turned off, this likely means the flame is adjusted too high and the lighter is releasing too much butane. To fix this, you can turn the butane valve on the bottom of the lighter clockwise 30 degrees at a time. If you're having any troubles, please feel free to reach out and we'll be happy to help. my lighter has a faulty valve and all of the gas is slowly leaking out when i try to create a support ticket about it they litteraly wont let me past the captcha check because they have shitty ai images of fish on a road and think they belong on the land. there is zero way to contact them

2/5 With in the first week it began to leak and the butane now leaks from the lighter, it caused a nasty burn, I wouldn’t recommend as it’s very fragile and even in my pocket with keys and a phone for the past week it had become both very scratched up and the hinge no longer closes fully. 9 days I’ve had it! And I would recommend it for the price!

Due to it having a torch and also being connected to the same button, if you accidentally drop it, it can cause the spring to come out of the pressure plate system, and once it's out of there good luck at trying to get it back in, I tried numerous times but I just gave up and threw it out, because why would I want to charge a torch when my phone has a torch on it, and for anyone reading this I'm not talking about a torch flame, I'm Australian so a torch is a 🔦
