I love the ones I got. Two of the 5 that I ordered were defective but the customer service was great and I was sent out 2 replacements. I have not yet had the chance to fill them but will do it this weekend

The lighter is difficult to fill with fuel without the correct adapter piece, and I can't get mine to light consistently without help of another flame to start the ruby torch :/

They said it would take 5-7 buisness days to arrive and took over two weeks. Upon receiving, the lighter continues to leak gas after being filled and does not spark. I have requested a refund but have not heard back yet. Extremely disappointed.
