lighters are great, would be better if the tracking system was easier to use, it took a while to get here too but other than that the lights work great and they’re amazing quality

Doesn’t hold gas , no matter what gas i get it doesn’t work. Could probably light one cigarette before i gotta refill it again

My lighter came with black marks across the back that won’t come off as well as a hefty chip on the bottom as seen in the photos

Isn't working properly. Need gas additional after a few uses

When the lighter needed to be refilled after every couple of uses, this is usually due to the lighter not having enough fuel caused by improper filling. It came a little scratched but overall its a very cool lighter I got for my father!

looks great but it had some very small paintchips in the corner, and the "card" you push aside is very slightly curved which you can see when the lighter is laying down.
those are such minor issues that i really dont care, i still love it.

doesnt work ajusted flame size till it lit but it wasnt even working like a jet lighter it just had a small regular flame and when i filled it up it was even more inconsistent

You're able to increase the flame size by turning the butane valve counter-clockwise. If your lighter is still having troubles, there's a few more things to check to determine if you've received a faulty lighter, in which case we'll be happy to send you a free replacement. Does not fill with fluid. Downstem may have been shipped broken but the butane just leaks everywhere and doesn't fill inside.
