Just worked for about a day was gonna be a Father’s Day gift put the fuel in 3 other lighter worked great so I know it wasn’t that this one just burnt for a day and after that any attempt fo turn on the lighter failed, didn’t need more fuel and it didn’t need less. Just stopped working even the sparking seemed to stop while it worked for the day it was great tho. It glowed a great green and lasted a good amount

Shipping was far too long and doesn’t update fast enough on website. If being delivered by a local carrier tracking should be made available from the local carrier company instead of having to solely rely on the websites tracking on where the parcel is which is not accurate.
Goods got delivered and website didn’t update until a day later. This was a Christmas present so to have live updates would be better.

It struggles to light and runs out of butane so fast. It would be a 1 star if the design wasnt cool. But the lighter barely works.

My lighter didn't come with butane and it won't do anything more than spark (it doesn't light). When I bought the product I was under the impression that it came with lighter fluid inside the lighter already. Is this a defect product or how it is suppose to be?

Looks just as advertised, very unreliable flame, We’ve researched everything to make sure the lighter is clean and lighting correctly but still very difficult to get a jet. Not satisfied with the reliability.

I received my very cool looking torch lighter, I filled it with butane. I tried to light it, I could see it spark but no flame. I got ahold of customer service and they gladly sent a replacement. I filled it with butane and tried to light it and no flame. Again, I could see it spark but no flame. I asked my husband to try lighting both and he had no luck either. Again, I got ahold of customer service and this time they sent a different lighter and voila! It works. This company has great products and great customer service. I highly recommend them!
